DAY 1. MEDAN - BUKITLAWANG
We will pick up you from the airport and depart to Bohorok/Bukit
Lawang to orang utan rehabilitation centre in Gunung Leuser Nature Park.
DAY 2. BUKITLAWANG
In this impressive nature reserve you can see the orang utans
in their natural environment. This involves a walk through the jungle for 3 – 4 hours with professional local guide.
The sportive hiker can take exciting jungle trips here. However walkers must be fit and have suitable, large profile shoes.
DAY 3.
BUKITLAWANG - BRASTAGI
You will make a trip along fascinating route to the mountain
village of Brastagi
in the Karo Highlands. Here you can view two active volcanoes, the Sibayak and the Sinabung. In Brastagi you can visit the
colorful fruit market.
DAY 4.
BRASTAGI - SAMOSIR
After breakfast leave for Prapat. On the way stops at Dokan
the Karonese traditional village, Sipiso Piso waterfall and the longhouse of King Purba. Arrive in Prapat at Lake Toba in late afternoon. Cross Lake Toba by ferry boat to Samosir Island.

DAY 5.
TOBA TOUR
Samosir
Island – tour to Tomok, Ambarita and Simanindo and visit typical
Toba Batak villages: Tomok with its kings' tombs, Ambarita with its execution tables and in Simanindo with traditional Batak
dance
DAY 6
SAMOSIR ISLAND – SIPIROK

Cross-backs the lake to reach Parapat. Continued to Jangga Dolok to see traditional Batak village. Proceed to visit
pineapple farm. Stop at Balige with it’s richly ornament market building. Then to visit hotspring in Sipoholon. Continue
journey to Padang Sidempuan through Tarutung. Stop at incense trees. Enjoy the scenic view of mountains along the winding
road.
DAY 7.
SIPIROK – BUKITTINGGI
The journey today is rather long but worthwhile. It exhibits
the inner part of Sumatra. The scenery of mountains, river valleys and traditional village
will relive you from your weariness. Stop at Aek Sijornih to see waterfall drops among thousand coconut palm trees. Next,
stop at botanical garden to see pepper, cinnamon, etc. Proceed to Panti nature reserve and the equator monument. Continue
journey to the most charming town, the heart of Minangkabau Highland and the center of matrilineal society of west Sumatra.
DAY 8.
MINANGKABAU TOUR
Excursion to Pagaruyung. In the morning city tour taking
in 'Fort De Kock', the museum, the market and the 'Karbouwengat'. The former Fort De Kock lies on a strategic point with an
excellent view of the Surrounding Mountains.
Next you can visit the duplicate of Minangkabau Palace also watching some the inheritance of Minangkabau is held at Bukit tinggi.
DAY 9.
BUKITTINGGI – MANINJAU
Today you proceed to Maninjau via the silver village of Kota Gadang on the other side of
the Karbouwengat. For the sportive hiker the one-hour walks through the deep Karbouwengat to Kota Gadang. From Kota Gadang
the car for departure will pick you up to the mysterious lake
Maninjau, descending to the lake via the road with 44 curves. The lake
is clean and still and excellent for swimming.
DAY 10.
MANINJAU – PADANG
On arrival in Padang we proceed
to Padang airport for your next destination.
